Using a combination of tips and theory with practical exercises, assessment and feedback to encourage participants to explore different approaches, we will work through the skills and techniques required for producing clear, professional and complete legal documents.  Matters to be covered include:

• The importance of paragraphs, headings, structure and “white space”
• Spotting and eliminating errors in drafts
