Great leaders work in collaboration with their teams, co-workers and reportees. This course provides practical ideas and tools to introduce leaders to a new way of working where agile is the new normal. 

Course summary

This interactive workshop, delivered remotely, is aimed at those in a leadership position looking for new approaches to management and supervision where remote working is increasingly the new normal, as well as for high potential team members on track for positions of increased responsibility. 

This workshop will use case studies and real examples, alongside small group facilitated discussion to explore typical challenges associated with remote leadership and management and help your managers to:

• Adapt their communication styles to better suit remote engagement
• Polish their active listening and hearing skills
 Set effective outcomes in collaboration with team members
• Develop a more productive remote working environment
• Manage online/remote meetings more effectively
• Make best use of technology
• Establish effective ground rules for remote working
• Design and implement policies and processes to support remote working
