A practical course in which participants evaluate their preferred working styles and learn to use toolkits to work more effectively to accomplish more with the time they have. We will examine:
- The optimal times to tackle specific types of work
- Understanding and avoiding procrastination
- Prioritising the "critical" over the "urgent"
- The importance of "thinking time" and planning
- Using checklists and task lists
- 4 steps for better management of in-trays (real and virtual)
