Course structure
Using International Coach Federation methods we will devise a programme bespoke to the needs of the indivudal coachee, which will include the following key steps:
- Awakening self awareness - using diagnostic tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, The Herrmann Brain Dominance Index or feedback based indicators such as 360 degree feedback
- Agreeing a coaching plan and programme in collaboration with the coachee and other stakeholders
- Structuring the coaching programme around the coachee's development needs, identifying goals and steps needed to achieve those, and providing support along the journey
- Evaluating progress and following up to ensure that acheivements are sustainable and enduring.
